You may feel you have two left feet or can only get on the dance floor after one too many proseccos but our Absolute Beginners course will bring out the confidence and coordination in you to boogie all night!
This course is suitable for students who want to learn how to coordinate their feet and body in time to music whilst in a fun and friendly environment. You’ll be taught the fundamentals of understanding rhythm, technique, coordination, timing, whilst building confidence in yourself and improving your dancing skills.
Our tutor is an industry professional that will guide you through everything you need to know whilst creating an addictive energy in your class.
You will leave hot sweaty and of course smiling at the fact you’ve taken that all-important step forward and on your way to becoming a confident dancer. Once you have mastered the basics you may fancy giving our Diva / Commercial or Contemporary Dance courses a try and eventually be a proud member of our Dance Company.
